LASIK Candidate Age

The most common candidate for LASIK with Dr. Solomon is somewhere between 18 to 35 years of age. Individuals 50 years old and above start developing lens related issues, like cataracts, and LASIK may not be the best option. It’s not that LASIK can’t be performed, it’s just not the best option.
