Operation Sight’s Mission to Give Back

Operation Sight was co-founded by Dr. Kerry Solomon in September 2011. Dr. Solomon, Dr. Boatwright, and Dr. Herring recognized that many uninsured residents throughout South Carolina needed vision correction procedures. Thus, Operation Sight came to fruition and has changed almost 800 lives as of February 2024. Operation Sight consists of over eighty volunteers including dedicated healthcare providers who offer their time to improve the vision of those in need. Operation Sight is proud to serve its community through vision restoration for those who suffer from cataracts and other retinal disorders. If you’re interested in contributing to Operation Sight’s mission to give back, visit their Ways to Give page for more information.
